• Attend to customer and member enquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, membership, promotions, delivery status, and company procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved cases to the relevant department or superior.
• Assist in order checking, delivery follow-up, return/refund coordination, and customer service documentation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, Compliance, Sales, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, complaints, follow-ups, and resolutions.
• Support walk-in customers or members when required.
• Ensure all customer service activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and service standards.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
