We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Junior Maintenance Technician to perform basic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks across multiple outlet locations. The ideal candidate should be practical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling routine repair and upkeep works independently.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Electrical Works:

- Replace electrical plugs, switches, sockets, and light fittings.

- Diagnose and rectify simple electrical faults.

- Replace bulbs, tubes, and basic fixtures.

- Ensure safe handling of electrical tools and components.

B. Plumbing Works:

- Repair minor leaks in taps and pipes.

- Replace faulty faucets and fittings.

- Clear minor drain blockages.

- Perform routine plumbing inspections.

C. General Maintenance:

- Upkeep and repair outlet fittings and fixtures.

- Minor carpentry repairs.

- Painting and touch-up works.

- Preventive maintenance of outlet interiors.

- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of facilities.

D. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate daily records of outlets visited.

- Record work completed and materials used.

- Report major maintenance issues to the supervisor.

- Submit daily movement and service reports.

Job Requirement

- Possess at lest a SKM Level 2 /Certification in electrical

- Min 1 years working experience.

- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance.

- Have own transportation.

- Ability to use standard maintenance tools.

- Ability to travel between outlets as assigned.

- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.

- Valid driving license (if required)
