JOB DESCRIPTION
- Personnel File Management: Organize physical employee files from onboarding through termination.
- Onboarding Documentation: Track and verify new hire paperwork, including background checks, IDs, and tax forms.
- Policy Version Control: Update and distribute employee handbooks, code of conduct updates, and safety manuals.
- Audit & Legal Compliance: Ensure files meet labor laws, data privacy acts, and external regulatory standards.
- Contract Administration: Maintain and track employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and visa documents.
- Access Control Management: Grant secure, restricted document access exclusively to authorized HR staff and managers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
