About the role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Export Sea Freight Coordinator to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end export process, ensuring that cargo is shipped efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with international trade regulations. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, carriers and the company.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment Management: Oversee of sea freight export shipments, from booking and routing to final delivery.

Documentation: Prepare and process accurate export documentation, including Bills of

Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

Liaison: Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and trucking companies to negotiate rates and ensure timely pickup and transit.

Compliance: Ensure all shipments strictly adhere to customs regulations, export control laws, and international trade policies.

Communication: Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams; proactively resolve any delays, damages, or discrepancies.

Data Accuracy: Maintain precise records within our Logistics Management System.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sea freight forwarding or export logistics.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics software.

Communication: Must be fluent in English (written and verbal). Ability to communicate in additional languages is a significant advantage.

Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
