Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Maintenance

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance for all kitchen and restaurant equipment according to schedule.
• Ensure all equipment complies with safety and hygiene standards.

2. Repair & Troubleshooting

• Inspect and repair faulty equipment such as freezers, chillers, beverage machines, ovens, gas stoves, and electrical appliances.
• Respond promptly to breakdown reports from outlets.

3. Record Management

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Provide equipment status reports to management.

4. Spare Parts Management

• Monitor spare parts inventory and request purchases when necessary.
• Ensure all spare parts are genuine and compatible.

5. Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with Outlet Managers and Head of Operations to plan maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Provide basic equipment handling guidance to outlet staff.

6. Safety Compliance

• Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with OSHA safety standards.
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
