Company Description Rise Intervention Programme Sdn Bhd (RISE) is an early intervention center focused on holistic development for children on the autism spectrum. The center prepares children for transition into mainstream learning institutions by emphasizing equality in educational opportunities for every child. RISE designs individualized education plans to support each child’s learning process, bridge competency gaps, and build confidence. Programmes range from play-based learning for toddlers to more structured early intervention that supports communication, gross motor development, and readiness for mainstream education. The team is committed to helping children realize their full potential by understanding their interaction with their environment.
Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls and inquiries, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to the center’s management and teaching staff. The Office Administrator will maintain and organize records, schedules, and documentation, including student files, attendance, and appointments. They will coordinate office supplies and office equipment, liaise with vendors and service providers, and support basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking and payment follow-up. The role also includes assisting families with registration and general inquiries, ensuring a professional, caring, and efficient front-office environment that supports the center’s educational mission.
Qualifications

  • Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations, documentation, and scheduling efficiently.
  • Ability to operate and maintain Office Equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, and basic IT-related coordination.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with families, visitors, and team members.
  • Experience in an educational, childcare, or healthcare setting is an advantage, especially in special needs or early intervention environments.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, scheduling tools) and good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred; additional training in administration or related fields is beneficial.
