Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with technology? We’re looking for a Field Service Technician to provide top-notch service for our photocopiers and multifunction printers (MFPs). If you love troubleshooting, working on-site, and helping customers, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Install, repair, and maintain photocopiers and MFPs at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot errors and find the right solutions.
• Provide training to customers on how to use the equipment.
• Collect meter readings and perform monthly preventive maintenance.
• Assist in refurbishing copiers and fuser units at the workshop.
• Complete and submit service reports accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Own transport and willing to travel for work.

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field (experience in servicing office equipment is a plus!).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to respond quickly to urgent service calls and complete tasks on time.
