岗位职责
Responsibility
- Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone.
- Provide assistance to the respective owner pertaining to the questions, problems and resolutions.
- Running reports to analyses common complaints and problems
- Providing details i.e. Indication on resolution (photo, invoice, receipt others related to complaint resolution)
- Others subject to add in or changes based on the JMB/MC scope of requirement.
Requirement
- Candidates who possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Property Management are highly welcome.
- Computer literate
- Posses good personality and PR skills
- Good organizations skills with follow through with ability to attend complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or team, positive and proactive
- Posses own transport and willing to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person (APARTMENT MAWAR, TAMAN KOSASO & BAHTERA ARKED, HULU BERNAM)
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
