Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct product, technical and riding training programs
- Develop training materials, manuals and training agenda
- Conduct training sessions on new product knowledge, maintenance and repair
- Evaluate training effectiveness and participants’ competency levels
- Assess training needs and assist in developing training curriculum for different models
- Plan and manage classroom training, workshops and e-learning programs
- Support training administration and coordination including venue arrangements
- Collaborate with academic institutions to recruit internship students
- Conduct research on technical information to improve training quality
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Training & Development, preferably in technical or sales training
- Possess technical knowledge and training facilitation experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Passionate in training and familiar with various training methods (e-learning, performance-based training)
- Presentable, mature and independent with good interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
