Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Admin to support fleet operations and maintenance administration. This role involves data management, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth fleet maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of vehicle repair and maintenance costs for reporting and analysis
- Assist the Maintenance Team in tracking and maintaining accurate maintenance records
- Coordinate and distribute road tax documents to drivers across various states in Malaysia
- Manage and maintain filing of vehicle grants and related documentation
- Ensure records are updated, organized, and easily accessible
- Support daily administrative tasks related to fleet operations
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or above
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry and spreadsheet management
- Good typing skills (minimum 30 words per minute)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willing to perform light physical tasks when required (e.g., vehicle battery replacement)
- Experience or knowledge in logistics operations is an added advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM2,500 (Include EPF & SOCSO)
Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
