Account Executive (Finance & Accounting)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and analyze accounting records, financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable standards.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with deadlines.
• Perform internal audits and coordinate with external auditors to support smooth audit processes and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings and regulatory reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, providing valuable insights to support business growth.
• Identify gaps in internal controls and recommend improvements to minimize financial risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and support business decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and reports to management for strategic planning.
• Support company KPIs by controlling costs, improving financial efficiency and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Assist in enhancing accounting systems and processes to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.
• Continuously review financial procedures and propose improvements aligned with best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work in fast pace environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidate must be willing to work at CaryaZara Seksyen 7, Shah Alam.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
