Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including storing, and organizing inventory.
- Assist in Pick, pack and prepare outlet orders for shipment.
- Ensure stock accuracy and conduct periodic stock counts.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items.
- Process online orders from e-commerce platforms
- Update product listings, pricing, and stock availability on e-commerce platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and products.
- Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping and safety standards.
- Assist with other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee) and IRS Alaya system is preferred.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse-related tasks.
Working Location: Seksyen U12, Shah Alam
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
