• Coordinate and process company payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Prepare payment documentation and maintain proper payment records.
• Handle local and overseas bank transfers, including foreign currency payments.
• Liaise with banks on transaction matters and resolve banking-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of financing and banking documentation.
• Support the management of financial instruments such as Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit.
• Review supporting documents and invoices prior to payment processing.
• Maintain organized filing and documentation of financial records in both physical and digital formats.
• Assist with banking administration, including account opening and related matters.
• Provide support to the Finance and Accounts team on daily operational matters.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
