WE ARE HIRING – POS System Technician

Position: POS System Technician

Job Responsibilities:

- Install and configure POS (Point of Sale) systems

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers

- Maintain POS devices, printers, scanners, and network equipment

- Conduct system testing and user training when required

- Prepare service reports and documentation

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking

- Experience with POS systems is an advantage (training provided for suitable candidates)

- Possess a valid driving license and own transport

- Good problem-solving and communication skills

- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
