LinkGlobal Capital Advisors is a Singapore-based investment banking and M&A advisory firm focused on advising growth companies, founders, investors, and corporates across Southeast Asia.

We are seeking highly motivated interns to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to live transactions, strategic advisory work, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and industry analysis across various sectors
• Perform company, business, and financial analysis
• Assist in preparing investor presentations, information memoranda, pitch books, and other client materials
• Support ongoing M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory transactions
• Assist with deal execution, due diligence, valuation, and transaction-related workstreams

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts
• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience or internship in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, consulting, financial services, or corporate/institutional banking will be advantageous
