We are hiring - CLIENT SERVICING (KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE)

We don’t just handle client relationships, we build brands and drive meaningful results.

If you enjoy working with clients, coordinating projects, and bringing campaigns to life, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead client account from brief to execution
• Turn ideas into clear, actionable creative briefs
• Develop proposal, decks and campaign strategies
• Work closely with creative team
• Manage timelines and ensure smooth project delivery
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Support digital & social media campaign planning
• Assist in pitching and converting prospective clients into long-term partnerships
• Handle day-to-day communication and coordination between clients and designers
• You're reporting directly to the Account Manager

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• A proactive team player with a good working attitude and discipline
• Agency experience is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in an advertising agency is a plus
• Mandarin speaker preferred
