岗位职责
Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and released to production on time.
Prepare delivery documents, including Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and Shipping Labels.
Prepare all production-related documents, including production records, formulas, labels, product sticker and update stock card.
Prepare and maintain Product Specifications and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Update and maintain company records and operational data in the system.
Maintain and update ISO 9001-related documentation and records.
Ensure proper document control, filing, and record retention in compliance with company procedures.
Perform general administrative duties and document filing.
Handle monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) closing activities.
Issue monthly statements to customers.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, logistics, and administration.
Assist with other accounting, administrative, and operational tasks as assigned.
Familiarity with AutoCount Accounting System will be an added advantage.
Experience working in an ISO 9001-certified environment is preferred.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare professional documents, specifications, SDS, and customer correspondence.
