Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand and forecast.

Monitor material availability and coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure timely supply of raw materials.

Track work orders and production progress to ensure on-time delivery performance.

Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, QA, Procurement, and Logistics teams to resolve scheduling issues.

Analyze customer forecasts and demand fluctuations to optimize production loading and inventory levels.

Update and maintain planning data, ERP/MRP systems, and production reports.

Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to prevent shortages or excess stock.

Expedite urgent orders and adjust production schedules when necessary.

Support new product introductions and capacity planning activities.

Prepare planning reports, KPIs, and delivery performance analysis for management review.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and productivity.
