岗位职责
ADMIN ASSISTANT
Requirements:SPM qualification and above.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to speak, read and write Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and multitask.
Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
Perform data entry and update company records.
Maintain proper filing and document management systems.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Prepare letters, reports and other administrative documents.
Photocopy, scan and print documents as required.
Monitor and maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Assist with customer service enquiries and liaise with customers.
Coordinate courier services and parcel deliveries.
Update company databases and spreadsheets.
Support the Purchasing Department with purchase orders and supplier documentation.
Support the Sales Department with sales documentation and customer records.
Ensure proper document control and filing systems are maintained.
Assist in stock and inventory record updates when required.
Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by Management.
Training will be provided.
EPF, SOCSO & EIS.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000 (depending on experience).
