About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Engineer to join our dynamic team at WCM Machinery Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Personnel, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing technical expertise to support sales. This full-time position is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor. Our main products are new & used generator sets sales and rental solutions for various sectors such as construction, government, oil & gas, utilities, events etc.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and identifying new sales leads in the local market

• Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our innovative products and solutions

• Providing technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met

• Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction

• Collaborating with the engineering and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service

• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline

• Participating in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's offerings

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the machinery or industrial equipment industry

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering principles, product specifications, and industrial applications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A passion for the industry and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
