Key Responsibilities

* Operate and monitor production equipment and systems

* Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions

* Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance

* Record and analyze process data to optimize performance

* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

* Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes

* Assist in equipment setup, calibration, and changeovers

* Responsible for production yield improvement

* Responsible to generate work guides for production

Requirements

* Diploma or certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

* Proven experience in a manufacturing or process environment (preferred)

* Strong problem-solving and technical skills

* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and procedures

* Good communication skills and able to work in a team
