• Issue cash bills and invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
• Ensure daily cash collections are reconciled and tally with the POS system at the end of each business day.
• Prepare and distribute monthly debtor statements.
• Issue official receipts to customers upon payment.
• Follow up with debtors and remind them of outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
• Explain billing details, products, and services stated on invoices to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and payments.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and resolve payment-related issues professionally.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
