Job Title: E-Commerce Operations & Customer Service Intern
About the Role
Looking for a meaningful internship where you actually learn real skills? Join our e-commerce team and get hands-on experience solving real business problems — from managing customer disputes to optimising our Shopee store. Every day is different, and your work will make a direct impact on our business.
What You Will Do
Handle customer refund and return cases
Investigate and resolve parcel disputes (lost, damaged, or switched goods)
Liaise with Shopee Logistics to file and follow up on shipping claims
Communicate with customers to resolve complaints professionally
Monitor orders, delivery status, and logistics issues
Optimise product listings — titles, descriptions, images, and keywords
Track store performance and assist in daily e-commerce operations

Requirements
Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in any field
Basic communication in Mandarin, English, or Bahasa Malaysia
Willing to learn and responsible
Able to start immediately or as per university schedule
