岗位职责

*Working time:
Monday – Friday : 8:30am-6:30pm | Saturday – 9am-5pm | Lunch : 1pm-2pm
*EXPERIENCE / NO EXPERIENCE BUT WILLING TO LEARN
*TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
*Basic salary, EPF, SOCSO/EIS, OT
*Own transport

Job Requirement

  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in a dental or medical clinic is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, clinic management software).
  • Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Job Description

  • Welcome and register patients professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection.
  • Explain treatment quotations and payment options when required.
  • Coordinate with dentists and dental assistants regarding patient flow.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Monitor clinic supplies and assist with inventory management.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Follow clinic SOPs and maintain patient confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ampang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • HR / ADMIN: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Bahasa (Required)
  • English (Required)
