• 2–3 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud
• Hands-on experience with:
• FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close)
• PBCS / EPBCS (Planning & Budgeting)
• Knowledge of:
• Data Management / Data Integration tools
• Basic Essbase concepts (dimensions, members, hierarchies) 
• Business Rules and Calculation Scripts
• Experience supporting financial close process.

BAU Support & Maintenance

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle EPM applications (FCCS & PBCS & NR)
• Monitor data loads, and scheduled jobs
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and process issues in a timely manner
• Handle user queries, access requests, and incident management Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand requirements

Data Management & Processing

• Support data load processes (Data Management / FDMEE if applicable) Validate data accuracy across FCCS and PBCS applications
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close cycles

System Enhancements

• Implement minor changes (forms, reports, metadata updates, business rules)
• Support calculation scripts, business rules, and data integrations
• Assist in system testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment activities
