Finance Intern | Summer Intake (Post-Exams) | Financial Literacy, Mentorship & Certification Pathway (Limited Slots)
We are a focused, performance-driven team operating within the financial services space, grounded in education, advisory discipline, and long-term thinking. Our culture emphasises structured decision-making, continuous improvement, and personal accountability.
Every member is expected to think deliberately, learn actively, and execute with intention.
We do not view internships as short-term support roles. Instead, we invest in developing capable individuals through structured mentorship, guided exposure to professional workflows, and clear expectations around learning, ownership, and communication standards.
Role Focus
A structured internship designed to build a strong foundation in two key areas:
- Practical financial literacy applicable to real-life financial decisions and long-term planning
- Meaningful exposure to the financial services industry for students exploring a potential long-term pathway

What You’ll Do
- Observe and support selected end-to-end workflows including preparation, documentation, coordination, and follow-ups
- Participate in structured training sessions, market updates, and product briefings
- Assist with guided tasks such as research, information synthesis, presentation or template preparation, and basic coordination work
- Learn how structured processes flow from analysis to planning, execution, and review
- Complete a guided reflection exercise with mentorship feedback on performance, strengths, and areas for improvement
What You’ll Gain
- Practical financial literacy covering budgeting, cashflow management, saving frameworks, debt awareness, protection planning, and investing fundamentals
- Early exposure to real-world financial decision-making frameworks used in practice
- Clear understanding of certification and licensing pathways, with guidance on structured progression planning
- Strong foundation in core professional skills: communication, structured thinking, discipline, and accountability
- Direct mentorship with actionable feedback aimed at accelerating personal and professional growth
