Description:
Job Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement:
Develops business plan & sales strategy to achieve sales target in the SCI (PO and E&S segment)
Has the overall responsibility of the sales target.
Manage working capital for Polymer and E&S segment in Malaysia and Singapore which includes inventory & customer payment collection.
Implement & drive new business developments to achieve business growth.
Maintaining and strengthening relationship with key suppliers and customers.
Driving and leading through management of sales team and ensuring the achievement of annual sales target.
To drive execution of commercial excellence initiative to maximize profitable revenue.

Reports, Customers & Suppliers Relationship:
Continuously develops the quality of CRM reports & assures CRM report from all relevant customer interactions with sales team.
Provide sales forecasts, Monthly and/or Quarterly reports to suppliers & management.
Aligns PM strategies and SCI core supplier strategies
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry
Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in the Polymer industry
Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the principles of sales and marketing
Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
