岗位职责
Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
- Train and assist store managers in effective sales, customer service, and supervisory techniques.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to boost sales and customer engagement across outlets.
- Lead and support pre-opening activities, including staff training and operational setup for new outlets.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, cleanliness, and overall efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in operational standards across all outlets.
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Take initiative to identify operational issues and propose practical solutions.
Requirements:
Must Have:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business, or related field.
- Strong passion for the F&B industry and customer service excellence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good to Have:
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Experience in F&B, retail, or fast-paced business environments.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
