Job Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties
- Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle meeting room bookings and preparation
Administrative Duties
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other documents
- Maintain proper filing and documentation (hardcopy & softcopy)
- Assist in data entry and updating company records
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance tracking, onboarding documentation, and staff claims
- Coordinate with internal departments when required
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
