Delivery & Dispatch Operations

• Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Verify shipment details, quantities, and documentation before dispatch.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on shipment status.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse personnel regarding delivery arrangements.
• Ensure all outbound shipments comply with company and customer requirements.

Documentation & Record Management

• Maintain accurate dispatch records and filing systems.
• Update delivery and shipment information in the system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
• Ensure proof of delivery (POD) documents are collected, verified, and filed accordingly.
• Investigate and report discrepancies related to deliveries and shipping documentation.
• Abillity to work shift hours.

Inventory & Warehouse Support

• Assist with inventory verification and stock reconciliation when required.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are picked, packed, and loaded correctly.
• Support cycle counts and stock control activities.
• Report any stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Customer & Operational Support

• Respond to delivery-related inquiries from internal departments and customers.
• Resolve delivery issues and coordinate corrective actions where necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
