Develop, plan, implement and review mechanical maintenance (static/rotating) strategy and program to ensure high equipment availability, reliability and safety.
Provide maintenance engineering support including special troubleshooting, root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
Lead and support mechanical engineering design, modification, revamp and commissioning activities.
Plan schedule/unscheduled equipment/module/system/plant shutdown within the approved duration, safe environment with minimum interruption to customer and meeting authority requirement for safe plant operation.
Plan, coordinate and execute plant shutdown and turnaround activities, including contractor management.
Manage spare parts and inventory strategies to support corrective and preventive maintenance while optimizing cost.
Prepare, monitor and control annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets for the mechanical section.
Develop and manage mechanical maintenance contracts and evaluate contractor performance.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality assurance standards and statutory regulations
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3 – 8 years experience in power plant maintenance.
