Lead procurement, import/export, and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and implement SOPs and internal policies; supervise and guide team members.
Define and execute annual KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate with internal departments and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Serve as the key liaison for discussions and communications with headquarters.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field, with at least 10 years and above in procurement/ admin role .
Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred, as the position involves frequent coordination and reporting to the Taiwan headquarters and Mandarin-speaking clients.
