About the role
The Project Coordinator (CAD & Administration) is responsible for preparing technical drawings and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the company. The role requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting & Technical Support:
- Prepare and update technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Assist engineers in project documentation and drawing revisions
- Organize and maintain project drawings and records
- Ensure drawings are accurate and submitted on time.
Administration Support:
- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports
- Manage document filing, data entry, and documentation control
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
- Support project coordination
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in Engineering, Drafting, Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
