Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Admin (E-Commerce Fulfilment) to support daily online store operations. The role involves handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure smooth fulfilment across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and website orders.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via chat (Shopee / Lazada / WhatsApp / Email)
- Process and update online orders accurately
- Coordinate with warehouse team for picking, packing, and shipping
- Monitor order status to ensure timely fulfilment
- Handle returns, refunds, and exchange cases
- Update inventory records in system / Excel / Google Sheets
- Assist in basic administrative tasks and reporting
- Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Good communication skills (BM & English)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Able to work in fast-paced e-commerce / warehouse environment
- Experience in Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop is an advantage (not required)
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
