SALES COORDINATOR

We are a grocery wholesaler based in Pasar Borong KL established in 1985. We believe that every trade should be good for the seller, good for the buyer, and good for society.

Duty and responsibility :

• Prepare sales order from customer via whatsApp
• Liaise with Customer on confirmed sales order and attend general enquiries
• Stock picking with warehouse helper to ensure the right product is being picked with the right quantity to the right customers
• Arrange drop point delivery route with lorry drivers
• Maintain proper filing system and data entry
• Cashier - backup
• Support general warehouse operation
• Support management report requirement

Requirement :

• Able to speak & write Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel and word)
• Working hours are 08:00 am to 5:00 pm, 6 working days Monday - Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
