Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retired role based in Bandar Petaling Jaya. The individual in this role will bring seasoned professional experience to advise and support teams across the organization on an as-needed basis. Day-to-day activities may include sharing institutional and industry knowledge, mentoring team members, reviewing strategic initiatives, and providing feedback on risk, compliance, or operational decisions. The role may also involve occasional participation in internal meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to help shape best practices. Workloads are designed to respect the needs and preferences of a retired professional while enabling meaningful contribution to Ondo Finance’s mission.
Qualifications

• Extensive experience in finance, technology, blockchain, or related sectors, ideally with exposure to both traditional finance and emerging digital asset markets.
• Proven background in areas such as regulatory compliance, risk management, governance, or product structuring, with the ability to provide practical guidance.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities, including the capacity to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment and offering perspective on long-term strategy, operational efficiency, and client-focused practices.
• Willingness to engage on-site in Bandar Petaling Jaya on a regular schedule appropriate for a full-time position, with flexibility to attend key meetings and sessions.
• Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and inclusive collaboration; prior leadership or advisory experience is highly beneficial.
