Job description:
- Planning, preparing and cooking high quality dishes in a timely manner.
- Lead and oversees all of the cooking operations in the kitchen for ensuring food quality, hygiene and consistency throughout the kitchen operation.
- Ensure proper methods of food preparation and handling.
- Ensure foods storage procedures are followed.
- Hiring and training staff to cook their dishes, expediting orders to maintain a steady flow of dishes.
- Design and create menus.
Job requirement:
- Have experience handling cafe and qualified in Studies in Culinary or related field
- Must have at least 2-3 years experience in preparing local and western food
- Able to work under pressure and great time management
- Superior leadership capabilities
- Basic idea for food cost, food wastage and food safety
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
