Role: Process Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Subang Jaya

Tenure: Begin with 6 months contract - Subject for renewal/ conversion into permanent based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Documenting and mapping existing logistics workflows (e.g., delivery, transportation, distribution) to support site-specific process initiatives;
• Support in identifying process inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks;
• Gather, organize, and analyse logistics data to monitor process performance;
• Generate basic reports, charts, and dashboards to support performance tracking and improvement efforts;
• Maintain accurate records and standardized documentation of logistics processes;
• Assist in the deployment of logistics software and workflow tools (e.g., mobile apps, Joget, CoreE Engine);
• Support data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting during system rollout;
• Help prepare training materials, user manuals, and provide basic on-ground support to system users;
• Support compliance initiatives related to safety, quality, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001);
• Assist in audit preparations and participate in internal assessments under the supervision of senior engineers;
• Help maintain and update quality control documents and SOPs;
• Provide support to process improvement and operational efficiency projects;
• Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams across logistics, IT, and quality departments;
• Track project milestones and update progress reports to ensure smooth execution; and
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in related field;
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience required;
• Fluency in Mandarin & English (both speaking and writing);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes;
• Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel or Power BI;
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
• Familiarity with ISO standards and process documentation is an advantage; and
• Possess a positive working attitude and able to work independently and as a team.
