Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
- Keep the kitchen area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
