Job Description

• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and management reports.

• Analyse hospital revenue, operating expenses, patient billing trends, and departmental performance.

• Monitor budget utilisation and assist departments in financial planning and cost control initiatives.

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

• Perform financial analysis on hospital services, procurement costs, and operational efficiency.

• Assist in identifying areas for cost optimisation and process improvement.

• Reconcile financial records and ensure accuracy of accounting data.

• Work closely with clinical and non-clinical departments on finance-related matters.

• Support external and internal audit processes by preparing required documentation and reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in ad hoc financial projects and management reporting as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or audit.

• Experience in healthcare or hospital industry would be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
