You will provide technical and engineering hands-on in plant equipment and machinery repair works, monitor, record statutory inspection, supervise and handling of maintenance activities.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and modify equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable, and efficient.
- Liaise with company’s vendors and supervise subcontractors during various maintenance projects or improvement.
- Deliver SOP for repetitive engineering task and technical documentation.
- Lead Condition-Based Maintenance initiative.
- Update equipment breakdown findings and propose permanent countermeasure by conducting RCA analysis.
- Support emergency repairs (on call) of equipment to minimize downtime and put in place preventive measures.
- Participate in monthly PM and annual shutdown.
What You Need to Succeed
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance of heavy industrial equipment (Hydraulic and Pneumatic system).
- Able to read and do manual sketch using AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of vibration measurement, DPT and UT.
- Competent to use OXY TORCH and ARC Welding.
- Experienced in continuous operation process equipment and automated equipment.
