- Prepare, valuate, and submit Interim Progress Claim to Client & Subcon on time with Updated BQ and Work done

- Must have Interior Fit Out experience

-Calling for quotation, cost analysis and estimates, evaluation and negotation of quotations for awarding of subcontracts.

- Taking Off BQ for Pre & Post Contract and ensure all elements are being take into consideration

- Attend meetings with Clients, consultants, subcontractors and Commercial team pertaining to contracts matter, costings and invoicing and billings works

- liaise with the respective Consultants, Sub-contractors as well as relevant departments to settle issue arising in execution of the subcontract to ensure subcontract works to move on schedule.

- assist to monitor the execution of cost plan and project budget.

- To ensure all compliance and risk related matters are being administered according to the prevailing operating requirements.

-To draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts throughout the business development phase to execution phase.

-To provide advisory all matters related to company's contractual and commercial requirements. (including claim, arbitration, etc.).

-To monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or amendment, etc

-Well verse in pricing/rates, condition of contracts, preparation of Bill of Quantities, subcontrcators payment, joint measurement for claims.

-Preparations of subcontract agreement, work order and purchase order.

-Claims preparation and final account.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Survey / Construction Management or equivalent.

- Minimum 7 years of working experience in construction industry

- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin

- Positive attitude with good inter-personal communication skills

- Positive working attitude and discipline, aggressive and proactive

-Well verse in AutoCAD, QS Software, Microsoft office (words & excel)
