TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE (In-House & Customer Service)
To initiate action of preventing the occurance of any non-conformities relating to product, process and quality system.
To report to the Head of Department on daily quality efficiency. To highlight to the Head of Department on any problem that needs his attention.
To liase and initiate meeting with other department/section or any problems effecting the smooth functioning of Quality Control and quality system.
Control and up-dating of Inspection Agreement which was agreed by customer & supplier.
Monitoring of all supplier which relating to quality.
Monitoring of daily production for injection, incoming and assembly.
Conduct and provide inhouse training to subordinate.
To dealing with customer & supplier on quality matter.
Responsible for manpower arrangement in department and rework at customer side.
To ensure all procedures follow by QC department according the company's quality system TS16949/QS 9000 / ISO 9001
To conduct Prioritized Reduction Plan monthly meeting with relavant departments for initiating corrective & preventive action.
To coordinate the revision of quality document for existing product.
Responsible for ontime reply of corrective action request to customer.
To ensure layout inspection/periodical are carry out and submitted to customer according to schedule.
To follow daily instruction given by Management.
Ensuring EHS Management System running smoothly according to OHSAS & ISO 14001 Standard
Responsible for communicating to employees regarding environmental issues, safety and health, and the role of the person responsible for taking care of the interests of the environment, health and safety at the company.
Make recommendations to the Department of Human Resources related training environment, safety and health of their workers.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
