Job Description

• Ensure proper execution of developed Asset Management/Preventive Maintenance/Project/Changeover program, including operational asset care to maintain low production down time and high operations efficiency whilst optimising cost for Plant.
• To assist to evaluate and develop improved manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, assembly, electrical wiring, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
• Assess line electrical downtime and ensure it is fully analysed and actioned within agreed timelines in term of repair, root cause analysis and re-design as and when necessary then review the current 4Ms and align these accordingly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Production Manager, Supervisor and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and to ensure a coordinated team approach to achieving the targets set.
• Respond to any breakdown in production line/trouble shooting events by diagnosing the problem and providing solutions.
• Read/write and modify PLC Program as of system requirement.
• Assist to conduct training to newly recruited Engineer & Wireman
• Participate in company, customer, and third-party audits and certifications as needed.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or strong work experience to do without the Degree.
• 1 - 3 years’ experience, ideally in a technical role.
• Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems.
• Able to read and write PLC program and HMI
• Knowledgeable in Computer, SCADA, Database and Cloud.
• Good interactive, writing and communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
