JOB SCOPE

• Conduct site visits and inspection for ongoing and completed projects
• Attend to warranty and non-warranty site complaints and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare and submit weekly technical and site visit report. Maintain proper documentations, including photos, reports, test records, and project files.
• Carry out site testing, including puul-out test and other technical evalutions when required.
• Provide technical support, product recommendations, troubleshooting assistance to clients, and the sales team.
• Conduct demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal staff.
• Investigate customer complaints and coordinate with the manufacturing team to resolve technical issue.
• Follow-up on technical matters and provide feedback to management and sales teams.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as instructed by management .

REQUIREMENTS

• Good communications and report writing skills.
• Willing to travel and attend site visits.
• Pessess a valid driving license
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction materials, waterproofing, tiling, or related industries (fresh graduate maybe considered)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
