- Assist in the preparation of estimates, bill of quantities and calculation materials, quantity take-off and cost estimation.
- Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the calculations are accurate of the work.
- Reviewing of materials specification of quantity estimation.
- To request quotation from sub-contractor and suppliers, analyse and prepare tendered evaluation report.
- Evaluate and prepare claims main and sub-contractors work done claim and certification by monthly basis.
- Prepare sub-con documents for the appointments of sub-cons and facilitate pre and post award processes for qualified sub-cons.
- To monitor and all procurement activities for the project including materials and appointed sub-cons.
- To control and monitoring of project budget, costing and procurement.
- Assist to provide efficient, accurate and timely costing to the management.
- Any other AD Hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/ Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/ diploma in Quantity Surveying or relevant field.
- A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skill.
- Required skill(s): MS Office/ MS Excel
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to learning.
