Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, cutting, and portioning.
• Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas and workstations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Store food items properly and monitor stock levels.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing kitchen supplies.
• Support daily kitchen operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a certificate, diploma, or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Passionate about cooking and eager to learn in a professional kitchen environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Good attitude, willingness to learn, and responsible.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices is an added advantage.
