What You’ll Do:

As a Control Room Coordinator, you’ll be the eyes and ears of our operations by:

• Coordinating Operations & Logistics: Monitoring daily logistics activities, managing operational orders, and liaising with drivers, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitoring Control & Security Systems: Overseeing operational and security systems to maintain efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Managing Emergencies & Incidents: Responding to alarms, breakdowns, and security incidents, taking corrective action, and supporting incident investigations.
• Ensuring Security & Asset Protection: Managing vehicle security systems and monitoring security conditions to safeguard company assets and personnel.
• Reporting & Compliance: Recording and reporting operational, fuel, and incident data while ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and service standards.
• Providing Communication & Support: Handling calls, advising on routes and road conditions, and recommending operational improvements.

Who We’re Looking For:

• SPM qualified with relevant experience
• Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Knowledge of security and safety procedures
• Physically fit, pleasant, and professional
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Logical, solution-oriented, and able to multitask
• Team player with leadership skills to supervise staff
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience in security organizations
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
• Candidates must have no criminal history - All candidates will be subject to background checks.
