Administrative Intern JD
Job Responsibilities:
- Support general process and handling documentations for various functions
- Assist in tracking expenses and preparing reports as needed.
- Provide general administrative support tasks to the team.
- Coordinating between different teams or departments.
- Helping prepares project timelines, tracking progress, and reporting updates.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration/HR, Finance, Logistics, Facilities, Management or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Professional Certificate/Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/HR, Finance, Logistics, Facilities Management or related field.
- Excellent understanding of invoicing and procurement process.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational, time-management skills, and good team player
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with good problem-solving skills.
Additional Information
- 3 to 6 months of internship period (Can join earliest July/August possible)
