Job Description
- To render support to daily procurement & purchasing assignments
- To coordinate purchasing activities with cross-functional teams
- To assist in documentation preparation & filing
- To assist in the preparation of quotations & purchase order
- To ensure all purchase execution are compliance to Policies & Procedures
- To carry out any ad-hoc tasks that is being assigned.
Job requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accountancy or a related field.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work at OWG HQ (Glenmarie, Shah Alam)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
